Well, as per our general practice which I have been teaching all my development teams for the past 14 years is, a great website is always well-structured and well-organized. They aren't cluttered; instead, they are tidy and professionally done which makes them look classy and easy to navigate. They're also based on a certain target market and audience. A website's accessibility and user-friendliness are always very critical to be determined by its organization.
Visitors will be able to better browse and discover material on your website if you have a sensible organizing structure which we call an auto-funnel sitemap to drive your targeted audience into what you’re offering them, could be your services, products, etc.
As a full-stack developer, when you're starting a new project, you might want to ask yourself these questions to help you build a structure for feedback and project delivery timelines. To guarantee a complete understanding of project requirements, we ask the following questions.
-What are your project's objectives and expectations?
- What is your business industry?
-What is the project's key deliverable or USP?
-What is the estimated completion date for this project? Do you have a deadline?
-How often and in what media would you prefer to receive progress reports?
-Have you got any concerns concerning the project price or payment structure?
-What is your preferred method of providing feedback?
- Are you planning to embed Organic SEO (Search Engine Optimization) campaign for your website to score and get the best rankings on local search engines e.g. Google, Yahoo & Bing.com?
So when it comes down to our creative process, for all of our 18 in-house design and development teams it’s very critical to work on the design dynamics, components, assets along with proper business industry research to create something which defines that particular business in a professionally presentable manner towards the general audience.
Our creative process can be broken down into four sub-processes (definition, creation, feedback, and delivery) and consists of 9 single steps. We use this general approach for almost every project and is one of our unique feature which makes us different from all our generic competitors in the market.
Definition Phase:-
Step 1: Creative Brief
Step 2: Graphic Design Research
Step 3: Brainstorming / Mood Boarding
Creation Phase:-
Step 4: Sketching
Step 5: Design Building
Step 6: Refining
Feedback Phase:-
Step 7: Presenting
Step 8: Revisions
Delivery Phase:
Step 9: 1st Draft Delivery (Alpha)
Final Revisions
Step 10: BETA Delivery with all source codes, files and backend.
As Mobile App and Website developers, I and my teams have met and come across endless kinds of businesses and activity fields. We have made Apps and Web Apps for artists, for theater shows, for apparel stores, for chemical and industrial companies, for nonprofit organizations, Real estate agents and brokers even for online dating sites.
So at Downtown, we’re never afraid to ask our clients every question we think will help them and us clarify what he does, what his work looks like, what are the strengths and weaknesses of his business, what’s his history and how he imagines the future of his business.
In short, questions on this matter may include asking about: activity, products, services, history, mission, vision, market context, competitors.

My lovely grandma "Edith E. Crossley". She believed in me when no one did, She kept me going when everyone said It'll not work out and today by the grace of God, We're standing on a headcount of 120+ in-house developers.
What we believe is, Nothing speaks as loud as continuously executing at a high level. It shows our clients and other prospects that we have a well-established process. It shows we can manage the account. It shows that we have the brainpower to think through and effectively communicate the strategy. And, it shows that our designers and developers can compellingly translate project goals and strategy into a coherent, flexible brand identity.
And to be really honest, We work harder and are more friendly. And we know that. We explain to our clients all the proactive ways we go after and how we’ve outdone our competition time and again. We also understand that we’re in a business where relationships are the main foundation and how we go out of our way to foster them. This is how we’ve been able to win and keep so many businesses since 2006 and still standing strong.
The coronavirus pandemic has fundamentally changed the way many organizations operate for the foreseeable future. As governments and businesses around the world tell those with symptoms to self-quarantine and everyone else to practice social distancing, remote work is our new reality, to be honest.
At first, we did face difficulty when we had 10 positive cases in our office, but slowly and gradually we did manage to redesign our organizational infrastructure in a way where we can keep ourselves and others safe by following set remote protocols, so God forbid If the virus breaks out again, All of our 18 teams are well prepared, organized and equipped with the server connections to cater all assigned projects as per set timelines.
While this is a difficult time for all the businesses given the virus is still out there with different forms, It's very important for us to look after our customers. Before the pandemic, we used to entertain our local clients for project briefings at our location and It turned out to be really bad, but now to keep our customers safe, We have created a list of set Covid-Protocols and have stopped engaging in in-person meetups, Instead, all of my 18 teams are always available to discuss projects on Zoom, Skype, Conference Calls.
The complete cost of the project is a tangible entity that varies form one project to another project. However, the working cost of every project is well-researched and suitable to fit your goals, so, budget could never be the hindrance in your way
Randolph and his devs were incredible! I had the best experience with app development so far. This wasn't my first time hiring an app development company and hands-down I'm more than happy that I went for downtown.
Communication was fantastic and the final result was beyond expectations. Hope to continue together with Randolph for my future projects! Highly recommended.
